Why dandruff, how to get rid of it?

Dandruff….a major embarrassing problem faced by both men and women causing scratchy scalps and uncomfortable side effects. Women with oily hair and unconditioned or unhealthy hair have a higher risk of dandruff. The itching flakes are just dead skin cells caused by many factors such as dry skin, over-growth of yeast-like fungus, and skin conditioner stuff. Though this problem is incurable, temporary treatments are available to control it.

Wash your hair more often

Not every day should be a showering day, but if you’re stuck with dandruff issues then washing your hair regularly is preferable. Shampooing them will get rid of natural oil stuffed in hair causing dead cells to build up.

Use moisturizers

Dry or oily, your hair is more connected to dandruff. Usually, the white flakes caused by dry skin are smaller and less oily. But irritation prevails. To restore the scalp and avoid itchiness, use moisturizers. One of the best home-available moisturizers is coconut oil, the anti-bacterial properties fight dryness.

Treat it on time or it might spread all over the body

True to say, as dandruff is caused by oil base, any spot in our body such as near eyebrows, side of the nose, and even in ears are quick to construct dandruff. If you face such issues, wash those areas with anti-dandruff shampoos.

Another common tip to control dandruff is to maintain good skin condition and diet. If the same persists severely, recommend doctor prescription.
