We think that it will be useful if we give you some valuable and simple tan removal tips this summer

Everybody knows that skin has a pigment called melanin which is responsible for its brown color. The higher the melanin content the darker the skin will be. The same pigment is responsible for tanning of skin. When your skin is exposed to sunlight it produces more melanin and the skin gets darkened. Usually the tan will fade over time as the cells constantly regenerate and replace the old cells. A sun tan doesn’t cause any health issue.

However, a severe sun tan can be a cause of cosmetological concern as the exposed parts are darker than the unexposed parts of skin and when you wear deeper neckline and short sleeve it will look odd as the difference in skin color will be visible. Also, there are a variety of facial skin types like normal, oily, combination skin types. The sun tan can be moderate to severe depending) on the exposure time and also skin type. Sometimes the tan on your face can be patchy as the melanin is not distributed properly. In this case it’s always good to try some handy home remedies to avoid embarrassing situations.

Here are some packs that you can use on your face and wherever you want to remove tan.

Papaya Magic: A fruit mask is always handy. Papaya is orange, and it’s cool when you apply on your skin. And it contains a lot of vitamin A which is good for your skin. Mix papaya pulp with milk to boost the effect.

Orange peel mask: Mix orange peel with honey and baby oil. Apply it on skin. Keep for 20 minutes. Scrub it in a circular motion for 2 minutes and wash with cold water.

Cucumber: Is this a vegetable/fruit?! But this is definitely destined for summer season. Take the juice out of it mix with aloe vera gel and yogurt. Apply it on skin and wash off after a while.

Coconut water and Sandalwood powder: Another powerful remedy for skin tanning is coconut water mixed with sandalwood powder. Enjoy the cooling mask in hot summer.

Lemon juice and Honey: Honey is a natural moisturizer and lemon is a natural bleach which is an awesome combination to combat suntan.
